ABS 台湾奇美POLYLAC® PA-727 PA-726M 电镀级 注塑成型参数：乾燥 ：30 ~ 85℃，3 ~ 4 小時。射出機套筒(Barrel)設定溫度：最高(℃) 230 、230 、220   最低(℃) 190 、190 、180 模具溫度  30~70 ℃。 

備註：

1. 生產及操作時避免樹脂接觸到灰塵及雜物。
2. 在射出週期中勿將熱融膠(Hot Melt)長期停留在加熱管中。
3. 熱澆道之系統溫度不可超過240℃以免材料劣化。

EU Directive 2003/11/EC restricts the use of Pentabromodiphenyl ether (Penta-BDE) and Octabromodiphenyl ether (Octa-DBE), neither of which may be placed on the market or used as a substance or as a constituent of substances or of preparations in concentrations higher than 0.1% by mass. Sony Standard SS-00259：Management Regulations for the Environment-Related Substances to Be Controlled Which Are Included in Parts and Materials. Norwegian Directive PoHS on the restriction of the use of PFOA. EU directive 2006/122/EC on the restriction of the use of PFOS.The restricted substances of Cadmium, Lead, Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium and flame retardants PBBs and PBDEs are not added intentionally for the production of the above products.
However, the existence of analytically detectable traces of individual heavy metals, which occur widely have possibly been introduced into our products via the raw materials, auxiliaries and additives, can not be excluded. We do not use heavy metals or their compounds to manufacture our products.

ABS由苯乙烯、丙烯腈和丁二烯乳漿共聚合而成，本身耐熱性和耐溶劑性均比 HIPS為佳，且具有光澤性。由於丙烯腈的腈基極性較強，可以增強PS中分子鏈的相互作用，所以衝擊強度、拉伸強度及塑件的表面硬度均較HIPS為佳。
一般丙烯腈的比例含量愈高，其耐熱性、剛性及耐溶劑性愈佳，但流動性愈差且塑料底色帶黃，在注射成形(Injection Mold)時其機械性及尺寸安定性非常好，基於上述的優點 ABS樹脂成為一種優秀的工程塑膠。
