Chemours Viton® F-601C Fluoroelastomer
Material Notes: Bisphenol curative-containing precompound. Highest fluids resistance, excellent mold release characteristics
Temperature of Retraction (TR-10): -7°C. Polymer Fluorine Content: 69.5%. Volume Increase After 7 Days/Methanol/23°C: 5 to 10%
Applications: Compression molded goods requiring the best resistance to hydrocarbon fluids.
Viton Type F Information: Comprised of vinylidene fluoride (VF2), hexafluoroproylene (HFP) and tetrafluoroethylene (TFE). Highest fluorine content of Viton standard grades leads to highest chemical resistance and lowest flexibility at low temperatures.
